Juan Esteban Crasnich had been involved in aviation since a very young age, even before ending his secondary school, assisting his father on the family business, Avionics Service SRL, one of the first independent avionics and instruments repair stations in Argentina. While working there, he graduated as Lawyer in 2001 and got his post degree in Aviation Law in 2004. Since then, he had been acting as an independent aviation advisor in wide variety of aviation related businesses, being the international aircraft sales and acquisitions his core business.
